Palm Avenue Master Plan Update
The City of Imperial Beach and its consultant team is continuing its work the Palm Avenue Mixed-Use & Commercial Corridor Master Plan which has built upon the Master Plan Study approved by the City Council in February 2009. After receiving significant feedback, comments and input during the First Community Workshop held on April 29, 2014, from the City's website, and at subsequent community outreach presentations on May 15th, May 20th, May 22nd and May 27th, the City and its consultant team have completed 30% drawings for the project and will soon begin the environmental phase of the project. Additionally, City Council Briefings were provided on April 16th, May 21st and August 6th during the regular City Council meetings. For a summary of the input received to date and to provide any additional input, please visit the City's dedicated Web Page for this project at www.ImperialBeachCA.gov/PalmMasterPlan.
