We specialize in Self Defense, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Judo, Wrestling and Sambo Classes for Kids Ages 3 and Up, Teens, Women and Men from Beginner to Advanced Levels in a safe, clean, professional and family fun environment.   

We have 3 locations to conveniently serve you throughout San Diego: 
City Heights, Imperial Beach and El Cajon.

We have 16 Black Belts, including two female Black Belts to serve your needs.
