We are Elisa and Michele and Balsamico is our most recent venture. We wanted to represent our city in Italy and bring an extremely authentic Italian flavor to Imperial Beach. We offer you Italian authenticity from a family owned business directly from Italy, from the city where Balsamic Vinegar was created and produced. All specialty ingredients are imported from Italy.
