Imperial Beach will once again celebrate the season at the YMCA Camp Surf 15th Annual Halloween Carnival on Friday, October 31 from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM. Families and children 12 & under are welcome to attend. There will be crafts, games, prizes, a bounce house and a HAUNTED TRAIL!
Admission is free and food & beverages will be available for $1 each.
